Forum "Seliger-2013" which is traditionally held in the Tver region gathered this year 15,500 members, Sergei Belokonev, the leader of Rosmolodezh, told reporters.
This year, the site of the forum hosted three independent youth forums of the country and 27 thematic sessions. Sergei Belokonev spoke about how the main youth forum of the country will look like in 2014.
The current situation of the youth policy in Russia and the issues of changing the summer youth recreation system and expanding the experience of the forums in the region and outside the country were discussed by other experts.
