"The crisis is not resolved yet, the world economy was injected with a large dose of anaesthetic. But the key issues are not resolved and the threat remains. We have an absolutely uncontrolled Federal Reserve, in many countries there is a strong welfare state, which is beyond the resources of modern society," the Head of the Laboratory of the Gaidar Institute of Economic Policy, Vladimir Nazarov believes.
