According to Alexander Zotov, ambassador, member of the Council of the Association of Russian Diplomats, to understand who used chemical weapon in Syria on August 21st we should turn to simple logic. The former ambassador in Syria thinks that the Assad regime has made a lot of big mistakes during the war, but it hasn’t used weapons mass destruction.
