Moscow - London video conference "The conflict in Syria: ways of settlement. View from Moscow and London". The researcher of the "Nonproliferation Problem Program" at Moscow Carnegie Center, Peter Topychkanov who attended the conference believes that Russia as well as the West is interested in further continuation of the investigation on the use of chemical weapons by the UN Commission.
