In April 2013 an important step took place in development of the Collective Security Treaty Organization: two countries, Serbia and Afghanistan, became participants of the parliamentary assembly of the CSTO. The coordinator of the Analysis Association of the CSTO, Igor Panarin, told Vestnik Kavkaza about the strategic development of the Eurasian space.
The CSTO Parliamentary Assembly functions since 2006, it is a mechanism that enables integration of countries that have the potential to become members of the CSTO.
