Lassina Zerbo: "Russia may help negotiating with North Korea"

Press Conference given by the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization, Dr. Lassina Zerbo. During the event the priorities of the organization were discussed, the verification regime and measures to detect nuclear tests, including North Korea's nuclear test in February 2013, as well as monitoring of natural disasters such as tsunamis and earthquakes.
