Why will Medvedev fly to China?

On October 21 Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will visit the People's Republic of China. Director of the Center for Asian Studies of Economic Department of Moscow State University, Professor Yevgeni Avdokushin, believes that Russian-Chinese relations have good prospects.
