Sergei Filatov about the young writers of the North Caucasus

The president of the Foundation of Socio-Economic and Intellectual Programs, the chairman of the Union of Writers of Moscow, Sergei Filatov, talks about the new generation of writers in the North Caucasus, about their interests and worries. Also, in anticipation of the XIII Forum of Young Writers of Russia and Abroad, he named the brightest representatives of the literary fraternity of the republics of the North Caucasus. The forum is organized by the Foundation of Socio-Economic and Intellectual Programs together with the literary journals "Arion", "Literary Questions", "Friendship of the Peoples", "Zvezda", "Znamya", "Foreign Literature", "Kostyor", "Moscow", "Our Contemporary", "Neva", "Novi Mir", "October", "Modern Drama," and online media "Koltso A", "Continent" and "Prologue", with the support of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications and the Institute for Civil Society Problems. The Forum will bring together 176 young writers from 67 regions of Russia and 17 foreign countries.
