R. Arifdzhanov: "It is necessary to follow all the laws of the Russian Federation"

A member of the Presidium of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress, Rustam Arifdzhanov, has spoken about the incident in Biryulevo. In the evening of October 9 an identified person killed a young man, Yegor Shcherbakov, and then fled from the scene in West Biryulyovo, an area in the south of Moscow. Several days later, Orhan Zeynalov was detained as a suspect in the crime. This crime caused a public outcry that led to unrest in the area and law enforcement operations against migrants in Moscow. Orhan Zeynalov was recently charged with the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov in Moscow's Biryulyovo.
