Who benefits from ethnic conflicts?

Member of the Presidium of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress Rustam Arifdzhanov spoke about who benefits from the increased tension in the society by inflating conflicts on ethnic grounds, which became especially noticeable after the resonant scenes in Biryulyovo. Later, on suspicion of the crime, Orhan Zeynalov was detained and arrested. This crime has caused a public outcry that led to unrest in the area and checks of migrants in Moscow. Orhan Zeynalov, who had previously been detained and arrested on suspicion of the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov in Biryulyovo, was charged with the murder.
