Yunus-Bek Yevkurov supports the law on ethnic conflicts

Head of the Republic of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov believes that the law placing the responsibility for ethnic conflicts on local authorities will enable a change of the current situation in society. According to the leader of Ingushetia, these measures will force officials to act ahead of the curve, not waiting until a conflict grows into a riot.
