Sergei Karaganov: “Nationalism is a crime against the people”

Sergei Karaganov, the representative of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, spoke about the problem of nationalism in Russia within the arrangements devoted to presentation of the report “Development Index of Russia 2012/2013.” The report is a joint opinion of leading international experts on Russia about a development dynamic of Russia in various spheres: political, economic, socio-humanitarian, and international.
