Sergey Lebedev: “Traditions of good-neighborly relations will reign in the Caucasus”

Sergey Lebedev, Secretary Executive of the Commonwealth of Independent States, spoke about relations between countries in the CIS. According to him, all countries strive for preservation and improvement of friendship, maintaining and development of cultural, social, and economic relations, and the CIS is the structure which is able to provide necessary cooperation.
