Alexei Filatov, senior scientist of the General History Institute of the RAS, spoke about a shift of the world from a bipolar to a multipolar system. It is the 70th anniversary of the Tehran conference which determined the post-war system of international affairs in the world on November 28th. The new system of the world order which began to form in the 1990s and transformed after 9/11 still has no clear outlines.
