Oleg Bondarenko, executive director of the Russian-Ukrainian information center, spoke about the economic implications of signing the association agreement between the EU and Ukraine, which the latter planned to sign at the summit in Vilnius. The government of Ukraine has suspended preparations for the association agreement with the European Union, stating that the country needs to develop economic relations with Russia.
