Director of the Institute of the Caspian Cooperation, Sergei Mikheyev, and an Honored Economist of Azerbaijan, the former Minister of Economics, Oktai Akhverdiyev, commented on results of the Eastern Partnership summit which took place in Vilnius on November 28-29.
Even before the summit Azerbaijan stated that it would not become an associate member of the European Union and intended to propose to the EU a partnership agreement which confirms equality of the parties without additional conditions.
