Alexei Pushkov about American "convulsions" in the Middle East

Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Foreign Affairs Alexei Pushkov believes that during 2013 Russia has strengthened its position in the Middle East and became closer to its foothold  lost with the collapse of the Soviet Union. Even Egypt, which has been pro-American in the last 35 years has turned t0 Russia which demonstrates the failure of the U.S. policy in the region.
