Sergey Lavrov: “External interference stirs up the situation in Ukraine”

Sergei Lavrov, Foreign Minister of Russia, commented on the current situation in Ukraine. According to him, Russia is doing its best to stabilize the situation, but external interference continues to stir up and destabilize the situation in Ukraine.
