Konstantin Zatulin: "Ukraine can become a Federation"

Konstantin Zatulin, Director of the Institute of the CIS Countries, believes that the disorders that started in Kiev last weekend are the result of the inconsistent policy of the state authorities. And the consequences for Ukraine, according to the researcher, can make Ukraine become a federation or even a confederation.
