Artistic Director, President of the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation Olga Rostropovich speaks about the V International Mstislav Rostropovich Festival to be held from 12 to 19 May in Baku and on the program of the festival.
Since 2007, Baku has been holding the festival dedicated to the great Baku citizen Mstislav Rostropovich. The organizers of the festival are the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan, the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Every year a large number of famous musicians and performers arrive in Baku for the festival. Also, the viewers can enjoy the performance of Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation Fellows. The concerts of the festival are held on the best stages of the city.
