Head of the Republic of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov held a press conference on the results of his first year as the Head of Dagestan.
According to him, the republic has changed dramatically over the last year. The main achievement in 2013, Ramazan Abdulatipov believes, is the restoring of public confidence in the government.
