Radzhab Safarov: A strong Iran means a strong Russia

The President of the Center for the Study of Contemporary Iran, Radzhab Safarov, believes that the negotiations on the Iranian nuclear problem are not very likely to end with a considerable breakthrough. According to the expert, the US and the EU are interested in keeping Iran under sanctions, while the removal of sanctions would mean that Iran and its partner Russia would become stronger.
