Vladimir Yevseyev: “The issue of the Caspian Sea won’t be solved soon”

Vladimir Yevseyev, Director of the Center for Socio-Political Studies, Scientific Secretary of the RAS Coordination Council for Forecasts, thinks that the the unsettled nuclear problem influences the problem of the Caspian status. According to the expert, in the near future the Caspian states won’t agree on settlement of the problem.
