Sergei Zheleznyak: “Dialogue between the USA and the RF is a good sign”

Sergei Zheleznyak, the deputy chairman of the State Duma of Russia, stated that, despite the current situation in Ukraine, there is a dialogue between Russia and the USA. However, the politician thinks that the countries should clearly define their views on a way out of the crisis.
