Sergei Zheleznyak: “Russia is not involved in a conflict”

Sergei Zheleznyak, the deputy chairman of the State Duma of Russia, told Vestnik Kavkaza that Russia is concerned about the fate of people who appear to be victims of circumstances in the Middle East and Ukraine. Moreover, the country will do its best to settle the conflicts by political means.
