Valery Ryazansky: “The North Caucasus resorts are a good example for Crimea”

Valery Ryazansky, the head of the Council of the Federation Committee for Social Policy, thinks that the resorts of the North Caucasus and Krasnodar Territory could be good examples for restoration of the Crimean resort base.
