Konstantin Simonov: “Ukraine is a pirate state”

Konstantin Simonov, the first vice principal of the Financial University under the Russian government, thinks that today nobody wants decentralization in Ukraine. However, according to the political scientist, nobody considers the interests of national minorities in the country, where everybody speaks about European values.
