Ivan Grachov: "Third energy package has to be modified"

The head of the State Duma committee for energy Ivan Grachov talks about the problem of gas supplies to European and Ukraine and the necessity to modernize the third energy package. Europe is interested in guaranteed and constant supplies of gas from Russia via Ukraine, but for this gas pipelines need to be in good technological condition.  The question of constant gas transit was one of the topics in the Russian president's address to the heads of European states, published on April 10.
