Alexander Gushchin, the deputy head of the Post-Soviet Department of the RSUH, and Andrey Klishas, the chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial and Legal Affairs and the development of civil society, spoke about possible scenarios for Ukraine. According to Gushchin, there’s no hope for a shift in power in Kiev.
