Will Russia return to PACE?

The chairman of the State Duma Committee on Foreign Affairs, Alexei Pushkov, talks about whether Russia will return to PACE. In connection with the annexation of Crimea to the Russian Federation, members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe voted to deprive Russia of voting rights in PACE until the end of the year. In response to their decision, the Russian delegation at PACE left the session of the Assembly before it ended.
