Andrey Baklitskiy talks about establishing a WMD-free zone in the Middle East

The information projects director at the PIR Center (the Center for Policy Studies in Russia), Andrey Baklitskiy, believes that the example of chemical weapons destruction in Syria is a good precedent for the establishment of a zone free of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in the Middle East.
