Sergei Knigin: “An anonymous terrorist is a real supporter of terrorism”

Sergei Knigin, the head of an FSB subdepartment, spoke about anonymous threats to commit terrorist attacks and intensive cooperation in the sphere with Azerbaijan. In the near future amendments to federal legislation will come into force, they will strengthen responsibility for bomb scare calls.
