David Aminov: "It is necessary to create human rights centers in Ukraine and in Russia"

Doctor of jurisprudence Professor David Aminov spoke about judicial protection of the rights of the inhabitants of the southeast regions of Ukraine, victims of the retaliatory actions of Kiev's self-proclaimed authorities. This subject gains special relevance in anticipation of the planned presidential election in Ukraine on May 25 which, in connection with the military operation against its own citizens in the Southeast initiated by the self-proclaimed authorities in Kiev, can't be carried out in all the territory of the country.
