Alexei Martynov: “A crisis manager was elected”

Alexei Martynov, Director of the International Institute for Modern States, says that the presidential elections in Ukraine could be called “technical” and arranged for the appointment of a crisis manager who is needed for a settlement of the crisis situation in the country. This time the crisis manager is Pyotr Poroshenko.
