Rostislav Ischenko: “Poroshenko won’t solve economic problems”

Rostislav Ischenko, a Ukrainian political scientist, thinks that data on the wellbeing of the Ukrainian population is not realistic. According to the expert, Pyotr Poroshenko coming in power won’t improve the economic situation in the country, as according to the new constitution the head of the state deals only with military questions and international relations.
