On June 6th, Alexander Pushkin’s birthday, the finale of the Second International Contest of Young Readers “Living Classics” was held at the Moscow theatre Et Cetera. The most talented 11 and 12-year-old pupils from 26 countries demonstrated that reading is not boring. 22 finalists competed for the title of best reader of the world. The variety of books to read was very wide: from serious philosophy to funny books for children.
