On June 27 the EU signed an association agreement with Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. Alexander Gusev, the head of the Center for Strategic Development of the CIS at the Europe Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences spoke about the political and economic consequences of it for the participants of the process and for Russia.
