Mikhail Losev on effectiveness of supporting agriculture

The Deputy Director of the Economy and State Support of the Department of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, Mikhail Losev, evaluated the effectiveness of the state support of agriculture. On June 18th President Putin noted at a session in Stavropol that the state policy on support of agriculture should be well-thought out and aimed at fulfilling long-lasting structural tasks.
