Alexander Popov: “Youth Olympic Games has a special goal”

Alexander Popov, the head of the Coordinating Committee of the Games in Nanjing, a member of the IOC, and Alexander Zhukov, the president of the Russian Olympic Committee, speak about the Youth Olympic Games.
