Vladimir Yevseyev, the head of the Caucasus section of the Institute of CIS Countries, says that one of reasons for escalation of the conflict between Hamas and Israel is a change of Palestine’s partners. The analyst believes that Iran’s withdrawal and counting on Qatar are a big mistake by Hamas.
