Valery Tishkov: "There is no xenophobia in the North Caucasus"

A member of the Presidium of the Presidential Council on International Relations, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Valery Tishkov, talked about inter-ethnic relations in the North Caucasus and told "Vestnik Kavkaza" that there is no xenophobia in the region at the moment.
