A doctor of Military Sciences, the first vice-president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, Konstantin Sivkov, speaks about the current relations between Russia and NATO, as well as about the essential doctrine of the policy of the North Atlantic Alliance. A NATO summit took place in Wales from September 4-5. At the summit NATO countries discussed cooperation between NATO and Ukraine and a new package of sanctions against Russia.
