Where is the hot water in Kiev?

A member of the Kiev Rada, a former chairman of Kiev City Hall, Volodymyr Bondarenko, speaks about problems of housing and public utilities of the Ukrainian capital and prospects of returning hot water to residential buildings. Kiev has had no hot water supplies for several months. Probably citizens won’t see it in early autumn. The authorities suggest using boilers, but experts warn that this could lead to troubles with electricity supply. At the moment the city administration is returning hot water supplies only to social facilities, such as hospitals.
