Vladimir Zharikhin: "Ukraine's hopes in Poroshenko are not justified"

The deputy director of the CIS Institute, Vladimir Zharihin, talks about changes in Ukraine which took place after Poroshenko came to power and about the degree of independence of Poroshenko in his actions. September 14 marked 100 days since Poroshenko became the president of Ukraine. Poroshenko came to power when Ukraine was in a deep political crisis.
