The member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federation Council, Igor Morozov, believes that it is necessary to maintain a dialogue between the EU and Russia in order to de-escalate the situation in Ukraine. Thus, thanks to the joint efforts of French parliamentarians, considerable success was achieved in the negotiations on a Ukrainian settlement at talks in Baku.
