The director of the Institute of Caspian Cooperation, Sergei Mikheyev, says that despite the fact that the Caspian region is one of the most peaceful regions at the moment, thanks to the political wisdom of the leaders of Caspian states there are high risks. According to the political scientist, each of the five Caspian countries can repeat the path of Ukraine.
