Kirill Molodtsov, the deputy minister of energy, speaks about the main targets of the National Oil and Gas Forum, which will be held in Moscow on October 22-24 in Moscow. The forum is the first joint event on a federal scale in Russian history, which is initiated by the Ministry of Energy and leading business and branch unions – the Russian Union of Businessmen and Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce, the Union of Oil and Gas Producers of Russia and the Russian Gas Society. The forum is a key event of the year for the sector, which defines the strategy of decision making in the current geopolitical situation.
