A meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council took place on October 10 in Minsk. Participants in the meeting signed an agreement on Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union. The chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Krotov, and the chairman of the Suppliers of the Customs Union Association, Oleg Noginsky, discussed the future strategy of cooperation between Russia and Armenia in the EEU framework.
