Ivanter not panicking over ruble exchange rate

The director of the Institute for Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Victor Ivanter, doesn't see reason to panic in connection with the falling ruble exchange rate. According to the expert, the conditions developed won't allow the ruble to dive in relation to dollar.
