Dmitry Miroshnichenko is against currency intervention

A leading expert of the Center of Development Institute of the NIU HSE, Dmitry Miroshnichenko, considers that the Central Bank shouldn't carry out currency intervention at this conjuncture. The economist believes that there aren't enough reserves to carry out operations of this sort.
